Decree-Law No. 83/2018 (which defines the accessibility requirements of websites and mobile applications of public bodies, transposing Directive (UE) 2016/2102 ),the website was developed to provide maximum accessibility to its users, following the guidelines for Web Content Accessibility – WCAG 2.1, developed by the W3C – World Wide Web Consortium. Throughout the development process, various refinements were made in order to allow us to offer a portal that can be accessed by keyboard, screen reader with voice synthesizer and/or mouse control system with HTML head elements in all browsers with the exception of Internet Explorer.
