evelina gatti
biographical description

Evelina Gatti did her PhD Biotechnology at the University of Milan (Italy), followed by a PostDoc at the HHMI Boyer Center for Molecular Medicine at Yale University (USA). She was a Marie Curie Fellow at the Centre d’Immunologie de Marseille-Luminy (CIML, France), before becoming a CNRS Senior Research Scientist. She is currently Research Director at CIML and joined iBiMED in 2015.

research interests
Evelina’s research interests include elucidation of MHC membrane traffic and antigen presentation, the role of proteolysis and ubiquitin during this process and control of translation in dendritic cells, as well as the fundamental changes occurring during pathogen detection.
